Due to the added costs of precautionary measures, ONE will implement a Red Sea Diversion Surcharge (RDS) for all exports from the Canadian / US Eastern Seaboard and the US Gulf Coast to the Middle East / Indian Subcontinent locations. The surcharge will go into effect January 2nd, 2024 and will remain until further notice.

In response to the recent heightened security incidents in the Red Sea region and the Gulf of Aden, and recognizing the escalating threats to our seafarers and vessels, Ocean Network Express (ONE) is taking immediate action to prioritize the safety and security of our seafarers while remaining committed to ensuring the continuation of reliable and secure transportation services to our customers.

In light of the current delays at the Panama Canal, ONE will temporarily add US East Coast ports to the standard FLX rotation. The FLX service will now call Savannah, Charleston, and Norfolk in addition to its regular calls.
