OCEAN NETWORK EXPRESS EQUIPMENT LOSS DUE TO INCIDENT

CLAIMS GUIDELINES FOR NORTH AMERICA (US & CANADA)

For any INCIDENT involving ONE equipment the trucker/customer must immediately notify their insurance carrier and ONE North America (ONE NA).

If a container is Not Road Worthy and unsafe to be moved to ONE depot, please provide pictures of interior/exterior. 

It is highly recommended that any pictures, police or incident reports be uploaded. Doing so will help us to better understand your situation and enable ONE to provide the best possible support and guidance.

ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ONE BEFORE A CLAIM WILL BE REVIEWED:

ONE's acknowledgement of the receipt of your claim is not an admission of liability and is made without prejudice to any defenses or claims available to ONE under the contract of carriage and applicable law, none of which is waived

CLAIMS GUIDELINES FOR NORTH AMERICA (US & CANADA)

For any THEFT/LOST involving ONE equipment the trucker/customer must immediately notify their insurance carrier and ONE North America (ONE NA).

  • Theft/Lost form must be filled out, click here.
    NOTE:  Police report is required to stop per diem. Please ensure the container number is clearly listed on the Police report.
  • In situations where a Police report is unattainable than an LOI must be filled out and signed by responsible parties in order to proceed with claim. In order to obtain LOI information please contact the following email address.
