There are several changes for omitted ports and alternate discharging ports from our previous advisory on 9/27.

This is to inform you that Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (“ONE”) has declared force majeure for all shipments in and out of the United States East and Gulf Coasts, due to the ILA (International Longshoremen's Association) strike which began on 12:01 a.m. ET of October 01, 2024.

We would like to inform you of the proactive measures Ocean Network Express (ONE) has implemented to mitigate any potential impact to your cargo in light of the anticipated disruption to East and Gulf Coasts services starting Tuesday, October 1, 2024, due to a potential strike action (port disruption).

As an update to our Customer Advisory #1, Ocean Network Express (ONE) intends to mitigate potential impact to your cargo in light of the anticipated disruption to East and Gulf Coast services starting Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Due to the ongoing containment of a truck fire at a major lane into Terminal Island, APM Terminals LA, Evergreen Container Terminal, Fenix Terminal, and Yusen Terminal International have been closed through September 27, 2024.

As an update to ONE’s previous advisory on Congestion Surcharge, the new effective date will be October 27, 2024 (based on cargo receipt date at origin) and will be split up into two surcharge codes and quantum listed.

Effective October 26th (based upon cargo receipt date at origin), the following congestion surcharge will go into effect.
