Typhoon Carina has moved out of the affected region, and businesses are stabilizing and returning to their normal operating function. We are glad to report that our Service Teams are reporting Business as Usual as of the afternoon of July 25th.

As an update to our July 24 advisory, main line operations with CN have been suspended again due to recent worsening conditions from the wildfires (as of 2100 hrs 7/24). Due to the unstable conditions, there is no estimated time for reopening.

RCMP and Parks Canada requested CN close its mainline due to an approaching wildfire sparked by a lightning strike. This has affected the mainline east of Jasper, AB, on its Edson subdivision.

Typhoon Carina is moving through the South China Sea severely impacting businesses with widespread power outages and flooding throughout the region. ONE is working to ensure we stabilize our operations in all of our support offices however we may see some longer delays with some of our Customer Service functions. We apologize in advance for any negative impact to our normal processing times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this situation.

You may notice minor changes in ONE system, especially the nomenclatures that are being modified from Element Shipping Co., Ltd to Ocean Network Express.
