Change of Destination (COD) Surcharge
Dear Valued ONE Customers,
Please be advised that, effective April 1, 2026, ONE will unify our carrier charges related to ‘Change of Destination’ requests under a single ‘COD’ surcharge. Manifest amendment and BL amendment fees will be included when the COD fee is paid. Restow and other variable costs will continue to be assessed separately.
These changes will be applicable across all trade lanes and services and will be valid until further notice.

Effective Date: April 1st, 2026
The quantum does not apply to all trade lanes. Please see our tariff rules for details here.
