US and Canada Import Overweight Surcharge (AGW/HEA)
Dear Valued ONE Customers,
Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs. Please be advised of the consolidation of AGW/HEA Overweight Surcharges into one surcharge code OWT (Overweight Surcharge at Destination).
This surcharge applies to all imports to the U.S. and Canada across all trade lanes and services and will remain valid until further notice.
