Further to our Customer Advisory dated March 16, 2021, we would like to inform you
that ONE APUS has arrived Long Beach and she is expected to berth on April 12,
2021, without guarantee and subject to change.

As advised previously, a number of containers were lost during the vessel’s passage
from Yantian, China to Long Beach when it encountered a violent storm cell producing
gale-force winds and large swells. Preliminary information will be provided to our ONE
customers on whether their containers are identified as overboard or not. The
information is expected to be made available from April 11, 2021 onwards, on our web

Effective June 1, 2021, Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc., will be implementing a Manual Documentation Fee (MDF) for all SI’s submitted via email in the United States and Canada.

we would like to inform you the latest situation.

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to unveil 2 new operating services, the China Thailand Philippines (CTP) and the China Indonesia Malaysia 2 (CIM2) further enhancing their Intra Asia network.

Further to our announcement regarding Suez Canal Incident Status Update on the Website, we would like to inform you that since 19.30hrs local time on March 29, the Suez Canal has re-opened for the passage.

We regret to report that the Suez Canal passage is currently blocked to vessels in both directions due to the vessel ran aground in the Suez Canal at around 8 am local time on March 23. This incident occurred as the container ship proceeded northbound through the waterway from the Red Sea.

Please be advised that effective April 22, 2021, all overweight shipments by carrier “rail” or “rail/motor”, previously subject to the Heavy Surcharge (HEA) will instead be subject to the Rail Overweight Surcharge (AGW).

Considering the severe disruptions caused by the protests, port terminals operating close to full capacity, limited availability of road transportation resources as well as internet and banking services being shut, ONE has taken the decision to temporarily suspend the import bookings into Myanmar with immediate effect.

As part of ONE’s ongoing efforts to digitalize and innovate while ensuring continuity of operations and improving our service quality; we are transitioning all incoming payments to electronic transfers and eliminating the acceptance of paper checks.
