Temporary Suspension of South China Domestic Feeder Service
Temporary Suspension of South China Domestic Feeder Service
2022 Lunar New Year Holiday
Dear Valued Customers,
Due to the COVID-19 quarantine requirements for the crews of the coastal feeders running between South China and Hong Kong waters, feeder operators announced their services will be suspended for a minimum of 6 weeks prior to Lunar New Year 2022, which is Feb. 1 -5, 2022. In consideration of this situation, ONE will temporarily suspend the acceptance of the cargo bound for the ports in the South China area that require usage of the domestic feeders to reach the final destination. Any cargo to South China that can be serviced by an ocean vessel is not affected.
For any cargo that is already in route and will not arrive prior to the services being suspended, the ONE customer service team will reach out to provide options for your cargo. Following is the schedule by province that has been provided to ONE by the feeder operators. Effective date is when service will stop for import cargo.
Guangxi province:
Effective date: 20-Nov-2021
Lift up date: 5-Feb-2022
Guangdong province:
Effective date: 14-Dec-2021
Lift up date: 5-Feb-2022
Fujian province: (only for T/S from Hong Kong / Shekou / Nansha / Yantian)
Effective date: 10-Dec-2021
Lift up date: 5-Feb-2022
We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing ONE.
Sincerely,
Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc.
