Effective 1 September 2026, the Cargo Receiving Date application will be implemented for all export shipments originating from Europe and Africa. This enhancement provides greater rate certainty and consistency by applying freight rates based on the cargo gate-in date, helping reduce the impact of vessel schedule changes.

Effective September 1, 2026, Ocean Network Express (ONE) will begin publishing a separate Reefer Early Receiving Date (ERD) for all export operating refrigerated containers moving through the Port of Savannah.

Effective August 10, 2026, Ocean Network Express will revise the Panama Canal Transit Fee Surcharge (PCT) on the Trans-Pacific Eastbound (TPEB) trade.
