As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long
Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until December 27th, 2021.

In a proactive effort to help alleviate congestion, ONE North America is encouraging our customers to divert inbound, local LA/LB containers to move inland by rail to IPI points. To further support this effort, ONE will be extending the waiver of the ‘Import Diversion Fee’ (Tariff rule ONEY-101.201) and related admin charges for any local LA/LB cargo changed to an IPI point via rail.

We received the following notification from Husky Terminals and are sharing with you as information.

This is to inform you that MV MOL Charisma experienced engine issues, while en route from
Singapore to Laem Chabang for the vessel’s intended phase into East Coast 5 (EC5) Service.

The vessel is expected to return to Singapore for further inspection and necessary repairs.
We are currently waiting for the vessel owner's assessment of the vessel condition and will
advise further regarding her schedule and cargo arrangements once more information is
available.

We received the following notifications from SSA Terminals Seattle (SSAT), Pacific Container Terminal (PCT) of LGB, and Oakland International Container Terminal (OICT), and are sharing with you as information. Please be advised, under the regulations set in April 2016 by International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, “SOLAS”, all export containers require the declaration of a container’s verified gross mass “VGM) prior to loading on vessels.

This is to inform you that MV MOL Emissary, serving in our Trans-Atlantic 5 (AL5) Service,
experienced rudder issues while awaiting to berth at Los Angeles. The vessel is currently assisted by
the tugboat to move into inner anchorage in Los Angeles for further inspection before her berthing.
All reefer units onboard are working and are being monitored regularly.
