This is to inform you that MV ONE Contribution 047E/W, currently deployed in our
Pacific South Loop 3 – PS3 service, reported a few of the ship crew were tested
positive for COVID-19 prior to her berthing in Singapore.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated August 13, 2021 the discharge operations for the cargo and containers onboard the vessel was completed at Oakland. As advised, discharged containers can only be released at destination after the General Average Security is submitted and confirmed by the General Average Adjuster.

In a proactive effort to standardize charges and ensure vessel safety, Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc. will update hazardous cargo surcharges and the penalty for hazardous cargo misdeclaration, effective October 1, 2021.

We have received the following information from the National Weather Service: 4:00 AM CDT Tues Aug 31: Ida will continue to produce heavy rainfall while tracking inland through the Southeast U.S., eventually crossing the Appalachians, then off of the Mid-Atlantic Coast on Thursday. Considerable flash and urban flooding impacts will continue today across the Southeast and tomorrow and Wednesday from the Tennessee Valley into the Mid-Atlantic.

We have received the following information from the National Weather Service: 7:00 AM CDT Mon Aug 30: Ida will weaken rapidly today as it lifts north, through the state of Mississippi. However, numerous hazards continue with Ida. Dangerous storm surge along portions of the Louisiana and Mississippi coasts. Heavy rainfall and life-threatening flooding from the central Gulf Coast to the Tennessee Valley. Finally, a tornado threat across the central Gulf Coast states.
