Further to our Customer Advisory dated June 4, 2021, General Average has been declared by
the Owners of the vessel NYK Delphinus 0086W/E in the AL5 service string, after
encountering a fire incident prior her arrival in Oakland, CA.

We need to inform you that, effective with the vessel Hyundai Jupiter 018E (PS8 Service) has changed terminals from AMPT Los Angeles to TTI (Total Terminals International) in Long Beach.

Yantian International Container Terminal (YICT) is currently operating at very high yard density.

In result of recent COVID cases found in Yantian terminal, it had been kept working at low
productivity. With such disruption, several ONE vessels are going to omitting their usual calls
at the terminals of Yantian.

As part of ONE’s ongoing efforts to digitalize and innovate while ensuring continuity of operations and improving our service quality; we are transitioning all outgoing payments to ACH (electronic transfers) and eliminating the mailing of paper checks.

Yantian International Container Terminal (YICT) is currently operating at very high yard density.

As a follow up to our advisory, dated June 3, 2021, this is to advise you that our technical
team has fixed the issue and ONE Mobile Application is now also available in Google Playstore.
