Dear Valued Customer,
As a follow up to the Madrid Bridge, serving in our East Coast 4 (EC4) Service, suffered collapsed containers after encountering rough seas while the vessel was enroute to her next port of call, GCT Bayonne Terminal in New York, NY.
The vessel has safely arrived and berthed in Charleston as planned. After completing the necessary vessel inspections and cargo discharging operations, the vessel is expected to depart Charleston on or around January 31, 2022.

The vessel bays are currently being worked and damage is still being assessed. We do not yet have the final survey results of all containers. We anticipate having more information soon, our Service Recovery Team will begin contacting the notify parties of record with next steps. As of current, all known to be potentially impacted container parties have been preliminarily notified.
