AL5: General Average Declared for NYK Delphinus 0086W/E as of 16th July

Further to our Customer Advisory dated July 9, 2021, General Average was declared for the
vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident.

Regarding the status of the containers/cargo, we continue to follow up with relevant
stakeholders for any further development and we will share once more information is made
available.

On the other hand, it is noted certain number of containers are still waiting for the General
Average Security submission. Customers are encouraged to take immediate action to post
General Average Security and the necessary documents to ensure timely cargo release
without unnecessary delays. Please be reminded that the containers cannot be released even
after discharge from the vessel unless General Average Security is submitted and confirmed
by the General Average Adjuster.

EC5: MV MOL Charisma 0216E as of 15th July

Further to our Customer Advisory dated July 13, 2021, MOL Charisma serving in our East Coast 5 (EC5) Service ran aground shortly after departing Vung Tau on July 5, 2021 and vessel was refloated on her own. The vessel is currently at anchorage in Vung Tau.

Based on the latest updates, the vessel will be berthing at the port of Cai Mep on or around July 20, 2021. The plan is to discharge all cargo onboard MOL Charisma and to transfer onto ONE Honolulu 213E, to their intended destinations, subject to final confirmation and change.

Subject - Unrest in South Africa affecting operations

Over the past few days civil unrest in South Africa has resulted in rioting and looting in
some parts of South Africa. This action mainly affects the provinces of Gauteng and
KwaZulu Natal. The South African government has drafted the South African National
Defense Force (SANDF) to assist local law enforcement agencies in both provinces in
efforts to restore peace.

EC5: MV MOL Charisma 0216E as of 13th July

Further to our Customer Advisory dated July 8, 2021, MOL Charisma serving in our East Coast 5 (EC5) Service ran aground shortly after departing Vung Tau on July 5, 2021 and vessel was refloated on her own.

The vessel has arrived Vung Tau and is currently at anchorage. Based on initial survey assessment, the vessel requires repair and is unable to continue her intended voyage in EC5 service.

We continue to remind customers to post General Average Security and the necessary documents to ensure the cargo’s release.

Unfortunately, no further information available regarding the status of the containers/cargo from the last update. We continue to follow up with relevant stakeholders for any further development and we will share once more information is made available.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated July 6, 2021, MOL Charisma serving in our East
Coast 5 (EC5) Service ran aground shortly after departing Vung Tau on July 5, 2021 and
vessel was refloated on her own.

In accordance with Class NK's interim approval to sail to the nearest port, the vessel is now
moving on its own power to the nearest port Vung Tau and the estimated time of arrival at
Vung Tau anchorage is July 8, 2021, subject to further change.

This is to inform you that MV MOL Charisma, serving in our East Coast 5 (EC5) Service ran
aground on her way from Vung Tau, Vietnam to Singapore last evening, on July 5, 2021. It
has been confirmed by the vessel owner that there are neither human injury nor oil spill and
the vessel has successfully refloated on her own by the morning of July 6, 2021.
