To provide a sustainable service, Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc. will be implementing a Generator Unit at Origin surcharge effective September 1, 2021. This will apply to outbound shipments of refrigerated equipment from the East Coast of Canada across all trades.

operations of container gate-in and gate-out has been suspended from 11th Aug.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated August 4, 2021, General Average was declared for
the vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident. The discharge operations for the
cargo and containers onboard the vessel have commenced at Oakland on August 11, 2021.

CN is offering a relief of $150 per day for a maximum of 7 days ($1050) on any containers that have incurred storage.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated July 30, 2021, General Average was declared for the
vessel NYK Delphinus after encountering a fire incident.

As advised, the discharge operations for the cargo and containers onboard the vessel is
expected to be commenced at Oakland on August 9, 2021, subject to final confirmation and
change. Please be reminded that the discharged containers can only be released after the
General Average Security is submitted and confirmed by the General Average Adjuster.

Please be advised of an update to the Rail Overweight Surcharge (AGW) for all DRY export cargo moving via rail transport within the United States under all trades. This excludes refrigerated cargo. The surcharge will be effective August 29, 2021.
