In a proactive effort to help alleviate congestion, ONE North America is encouraging our customers to divert inbound, local LA/LB containers to move inland by rail to IPI points. To further support this effort, ONE will be extending the waiver of the ‘Import Diversion Fee’ (Tariff rule ONEY-101.201) and related admin charges for bookings on the voyages listed in this advisory.

Please be advised of an update to the Rail Overweight Surcharge (AGW) for all DRY export cargo moving via rail transport within the United States under all trades. This excludes refrigerated cargo. The surcharge will be effective December 11, 2021.

Please be advised Norfolk Southern will reduce the free time for international units grounding at Tier 2 rail terminals effective December 15, 2021.

As a follow up to our Customer Advisory issued on October 29th, 2021. The Ports of Los Angeles
and Long Beach under the direction of the Biden-Harris Supply Chain Disruptions Task Force have
implemented a “Container Excess Dwell Fee”. This surcharge went into effect November 1st, 2021
and excess dwell penalties will begin November 15th, 2021.

Due to the USLAX congestion, the MAREX “Margarita NEO-Express Service” sailings have been reduced from YTI (YUSEN TERMINAL INTL) during the November/2021 - January/2022 voyages.

ONE is pleased to unveil a new operating service, the Korea Russia Express 2 (KRX2) to complement the current Korea Russia Express (KRX) service and enhance their network within the same sector.

Due to current market demand and operating conditions, Ocean Network Express (North America) will be implementing a General Rate Increase on all dry cargo shipments loading in the United States (excluding Hawaii) and Canada to Latin America.

Please be advised that effective December 1, 2021, in order to improve customer service and simplify fees across trades, ONE NA will update its tariff rule 210 of ONEY-202.
