Ocean Network Express (ONE) is excited to launch the new East Coast South America Express 2 (SX2) service, connecting key ports in the Far East with major hubs on the East Coast of South America, further strengthening ONE’s presence in the Latin America market. In addition, ONE will offer a dedicated River Plate feeder service, connecting via Rio Grande, with reliable and competitive transit times to Argentina and Uruguay.

U.S. East and Gulf Coasts Port Operations - Booking Restrictions Lifted
As an update to our previous customer advisory dated January 3, 2025, the ILA (International Longshoreman’s Association) and USMX (United States Maritime Alliance) released a joint statement announcing that they have reached a tentative agreement for a new 6-year contract on January 8, 2025.
Customer Advisory: Notice of Surcharge Update - South Africa Congestion Surcharge (CGD) -1.7.25
Given the improved operational conditions in some South African ports, ONE has reviewed the Congestion Surcharge at destination. The new level will apply to South African and U.S. Ports. This charge has decreased from the previous advisory and will be valid for all dry containers until further notice.
