U.S. East and Gulf Coasts Port Operations

Booking Restrictions Lifted - January 09, 2025

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 As an update to our previous customer advisory dated January 3, 2025, the ILA (International Longshoreman’s Association) and USMX (United States Maritime Alliance) released a joint statement announcing that they have reached a tentative agreement for a new 6-year contract on January 8, 2025.

Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (“ONE”) is hereby lifting all booking restrictions and contingent policies announced in our previous January 3, 2025 customer advisory with immediate effect.  

 

  • North America reefer and dangerous goods booking acceptance is reinstated. 
  • Hazardous booking acceptance is reinstated in Latin Trade. 
  • Demurrage and detention will be calculated per ONE’s standard policy.
