US East Coast Operations
Inland Rail Schedule Update - 9/23
Dear Valued Customers,
As an update to our Customer Advisory #2, Ocean Network Express (ONE) intends to mitigate potential impact to your cargo in light of the anticipated disruption to East and Gulf Coasts services starting Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
Please note ONE’s inland cargo management plan is based on the rail company's operational direction.
This plan is subject to change based on operational needs and potential resolution.
For NA Import Cargo,
Rail companies will continue accepting ONE’s import cargo from the marine terminals with the rail cargo cutoff of September 30, 2024.
ONE will keep arranging rail loading until terminal operation is suspended.
For NA Export Cargo,
ONE cargo acceptance policy follows the final gate cut schedule provided by rail companies. Cut off schedules for each origin location are as per appendix.
ONE has restricted ALL Dangerous goods and Refrigerated cargo per Customer Advisory #1.
If the full containers are not able to be returned to the rail ramps by the final gate, ONE will not assess Export detention for the containers during the period acceptance is suspended by the rail companies.
ONE is closely monitoring developments and will provide updates to ensure you remain informed of any changes to your service. ONE will continue to update you with the latest information as it becomes available.
Sincerely,
Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc.
