Notice of Red Sea Diversion Surcharge
Update #1
Dear Valued Customers,
As mentioned in our previous advisory, security concerns in the Red Sea region continue to impact Suez Canal Transit. ONE will continue taking every precaution necessary to maintain the safety of the crews, vessels, and cargoes during this tumultuous time. Due to the added costs of precautionary measures, ONE will implement a Red Sea Diversion Surcharge (RDS) for all exports from the Canadian / US Eastern Seaboard and the US Gulf Coast to the Middle East / Indian Subcontinent locations.
The surcharge will go into effect January 2nd, 2024 and will remain until further notice. Please see below for more information.
Should you have any questions, please contact your local ONE representative.
