As an update to our previous customer advisory dated January 3, 2025, the ILA (International Longshoreman’s Association) and USMX (United States Maritime Alliance) released a joint statement announcing that they have reached a tentative agreement for a new 6-year contract on January 8, 2025.

Given the improved operational conditions in some South African ports, ONE has reviewed the Congestion Surcharge at destination. The new level will apply to South African and U.S. Ports.
