In the absence of a filed Service Contract rate or tariff rate (TRI) for shipment of a specific commodity, routing, size type, and/or cargo nature, the following rates may be applied on a "per container" basis. 

Rates are inclusive of specified surcharges and subject to all other surcharges published under the governing tariff.
