ALM, RHA, WHO, WHA, OCP

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised of updates, effective April 1, 2023, to the Alameda Corridor Charge (ALM), Rail Hazardous Charge (RHA), Wharfage at Origin and Destination (WHO, WHA), and Overland Common Point (OCP). Except for OCP (Import-only), these surcharges apply to both Imports and Exports and across all trade lanes . Please find the detail in the tables below:
