Dear Valued Customers,
As per ONE’s previous advisory, Import Control System 2 (ICS2) - Exports from North America, we will start collecting information for ICS2 ENS submission on our eCommerce platform beginning October 9th, 2024. These fields will be optional until further notice. Based on the current deployment of ICS2, we request customers provide ONE with the following information to be included with their shipping instructions.
- Confirm Filer Type
- Option 10 - Please include buyer/seller information or advise “N/A” if you wish for ONE to use the shipper/consignee (details will eventually be required for this option in future bookings).
- Option 12 or 13 - Please include the EORI Supplemental Declarant number.
- Option 11 will not be utilized by ONE, North America, at this time.
- The Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number of the consignee established in the EU (if such a number was assigned to this party) or the full address of the consignee, including the P.O. box number, postal code, sub-division code, city, and country.
- 6-digit Harmonized Commodity (HS) code for each cargo item.
- Accurate and complete cargo description.
- The Ocean Freight Method of payment.
- CUS code for harmless and DG chemicals (if included in ECICS/ European Customs Inventory of Chemical Substances).
