Customer Advisory: Temporary Routing Change for US Rail - PN1 and PN3 Services
Temporary Routing Change for US Rail Cargo
On PN1 and PN3 Services
Dear Valued Customers,
Due to the current rail congestion at Vancouver gateway and to prevent further delays, please be advised that all rail cargo destined for US locations on the PN1 and PN3 services will be temporarily routed through Tacoma. For the vessel voyages listed below, ONE will not accept bookings to US IPI locations via Vancouver, and any bookings already accepted will be updated with Tacoma as the discharge port.
During this temporary routing change, the lower rate will apply if you have intermodal rates applicable to rail cargo via Tacoma and Vancouver.. If you do not have a rate via Tacoma, your rate via Vancouver will apply.
ONE will provide you with updated booking information as soon as it is available. Please submit relevant customs declarations for Tacoma discharge.
