Tariff Update - Missing or Incomplete Shipping Instruction

Please be advised that effective December 1, 2021, in order to improve customer service and simplify fees across trades, ONE NA will update its tariff rule 210 of ONEY-202.

All export bills of lading (B/L) with incomplete Shipping Instructions (SI) will be subject to a USD 100 fee on the initial required date and another USD 100 fee after 72 hours from the initial required date. Please note that dates for required submission correspond to vessel sailing dates.
