Stoppage of Plastic Scrap/Resin Shipments

 Malaysia and Thailand 

 

Dear Valued ONE Customers,

 

Please be advised that effective February 25, 2025, Ocean Network Express will stop accepting shipments of plastic scrap and non-virgin resin to Malaysia and Thailand until further notice. This is in compliance with increased regulation of these commodities by the Malaysian and Thai governments.  

Any bookings of these commodities not already in ONE’s possession will be canceled. For bookings where ONE possesses the container(s), a change of destination will be requested to avoid customs fines and long dwell times at destination.
