SERVICE UPDATE: USWC Labor Update
Dear Valued ONE Customers,
Due to the sudden unplanned and unannounced actions that took place in Los Angeles/Long Beach, harbor marine terminal operations have been paused and the terminals were closed during the night shift on April 6th and day shift of April 7th, 2023.
Due to the closure of the terminals, ONE has decided to suspend the Detention clock for April 6th and April 7th, 2023. For local containers, we will follow each terminal's specific Demurrage ruling and this will be reflected in eModal.
As the situation remains fluid, we’ll continue to monitor and send notifications as updates become available over the weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
