Notice of Rail Receiving Window
Dear Valued Customers,
The rail receiving window for Exports at origin rail ramps will be reduced from five (5) calendar days to four (4) calendar days as advised on the Booking Receipt Notice. This will apply to new bookings placed after August 29th, 2024, and with a cut-off date on or after the effective date of October 1st, 2024.
Bookings placed prior to August 29th or for a cut-off date prior to October 1st will still be allowed the full 5-day window.
