Rail Overweight Surcharge (AGW) - Notice of Update for NA Exports

Please be advised that effective April 22, 2021, all overweight shipments by carrier “rail” or “rail/motor”, previously subject to the Heavy Surcharge (HEA) will instead be subject to the Rail Overweight Surcharge (AGW). This enhanced “Rail Overweight Surcharge” will be divided into three categories of North America exports of dry cargo, applies to all trades, and will be valid until further notice.
