Rail Congestion into the LA/LB Area
Dear Valued Customers,
This is to inform you that certain bookings will be shifted from the Port of Loadings of Los Angeles and Long Beach to go via alternate ports. This is due to rail congestion to the Los Angeles/Long Beach area that affects Atlanta, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, Kansas City, and Memphis rail ramps. A revised booking confirmation with the new port of load and vessel information is being sent to affected customers.
Effective October 18, 2024 - October 31, 2024, existing rates via Long Beach and Los Angeles will be honored for the bookings shifted to alternate ports of load.
