Update of Prohibited Commodities

Metal Products Involving Rail Transportation

 

Dear Valued Customers,
 

To ensure safe transportation, ONE has updated the cargo acceptance policy for metal products traveling via rail or rail/truck within Canada and the United States.

All cargo with an HS code listed below will be prohibited for carrier transport by rail or rail/truck. 


Misdeclared cargo may be suspended, and the shipper shall be responsible for all charges, fines, and other costs, in addition to a misdeclaration penalty of $2,000 per container.
