Potential Canadian Rail Strike Update
Dear Valued Customers,
As an update to our previous advisory concerning the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC), please be aware that the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) deadline has been extended to June 14th. Until the CIRB’s assessment of strike impact on public health and safety is complete, the TCRC cannot initiate a strike.
Strike details such as if, when, and how long the strike may last remain unclear.
Under these circumstances, ONE remains in close contact with the freight rail companies and marine terminals. We are closely monitoring developments and will provide updates, ensuring you remain informed of any changes to your service.
