Notice of Surcharge Update
Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs.
In order to continuously provide reliable service, ONE will implement the new surcharge below.
Delays in paperwork, container loading, and unloading at Genoa's port terminals have caused congestion. To address this, our transportation partners, supported by the Ligurian transport association, are implementing a temporary congestion fee of €150 per container for direct TRUCK pickup and drop-off at Genoa's terminals.
The new surcharge will be applicable to/from the Genoa port across all trade lanes and services with immediate effect and will be valid till further notice.
Applicable Charge:
Inland Haulage Premium (INP) EUR 150 / Container (All container types)
Effective Date:
Non-FMC regulated trades June 19th, 2024
FMC regulated trades*, Canada June 19th, 2024
(*United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii)
