Demurrage Update

 

Dear Valued ONE Customers,

Effective January 23, 2026, in response to rising operational costs, Ocean Network Express will implement the following two updates related to demurrage.

  1. An increase of import demurrage tariff rates at New York Terminals (excluding Maher Terminal), Norfolk Terminals, ITS Terminal* (Long Beach), WUT Terminal (Tacoma) and Port of Los Angeles*.
  2. An increase of export demurrage tariff rates at New York Terminals (excluding Maher Terminal).

(*) The calculation after the expiration of free time to follow open facility day in the state of California.

This rate update is applicable across all tiers and equipment types for Demurrage assessed in the United States.
