NEW Change Of Destination Customer Process
We are happy to provide customers a one-stop location to submit Change of Destination requests for US/CA Import and US/CA Export shipments.
Starting 8/20/2019, ONE Export and Import agents will begin directing customers to our website to submit their COD request. The Change of Destination application will guide the customer on what is required by ONE and will notify the appropriate ONE department to take action. Customers will receive a confirmation email with the applicable ONE department in copy should they have any questions or concerns.
On 9/20/2019, customers will be required to submit all COD requests on the website for both US/CA Import and US/CA Export shipments.
