Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express to cater to your shipping needs. The current situation in the Panama Canal has presented operational challenges to canal transit, resulting in extended idle times. 

In order to minimize disruptions and provide reliable services, ONE will introduce the Panama Canal Contingency Surcharge (PCC) of $145 per TEU.

The surcharge will go into effect January 15, 2024. Please see below for more information.
