Notice of Temporary Service Stop - North America Exports to Jebel Ali
Update #1
Dear Valued Customers,
As mentioned in our previous advisory, due to uncertainty and high risk surrounding the Red Sea, ONE will continue to reroute vessels via the Cape of Good Hope. As a result of this large deviation in routing, it is not sustainable to continue offering direct EC5 service of North America exports to Jebel Ali.
As an update to existing Jebel Ali cargo on the below vessels, please find the latest status.

ONE is working diligently on connection from Singapore to Jebel Ali to provide earliest delivery including deploying extra vessels. The connection information will be updated by individual bookings.
As a reminder, bookings for North America exports to/from Jebel Ali have been stopped until further notice. This is applicable to all inbound/outbound and direct/transship bookings. Locations that frequently transship via Jebel Ali, such as Jeddah, Saudi Arabia / Ajaman, UAE / Aqaba, Jordan / Sokhna, Egypt, will also be impacted by the booking freeze.
For further questions, please reach out to your local ONE representative.
Sincerely,
Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc.
