Dear Valued Customer,  

The current drought conditions are affecting the Amazon River and impacting operations to and from the Manaus Port in Brazil. Vessel transportation has become more challenging due to worsening navigation conditions. As a result, Ocean Network Express (ONE) will be making adjustments to the Low Water Surcharge (LWS) tariff as per below: 

 

This update applies to/from Brazil (Manaus Port) across all trade lanes and services and will be valid until further notice.

USD 3400 per container* 

*Charge is collect for imports to Manaus and prepaid for exports from Manaus.
