Notice of Surcharge Update
 

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs.  
 

In order to continuously provide a reliable service, ONE will implement below new surcharges. The new level will be applicable to/from Brazil (Manaus Port) due to the drought situation drastically reducing the water level in the Amazon river.  The temporary surcharge will be applied across all trade lanes and services and will be valid till further notice. 
 

Applicable Charge:  

LOW WATER SURCHARGE (LWS)  USD 400 Per Teu  

Effective Date:

Non-FMC regulated trades    Sep 20th, 2023 

FMC regulated trades*, Canada      Oct 7th, 2023 

(*United States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii)
