Customer Advisory - NEW YORK MAHER Weekend Free Time

 

Dear Valued Customer,

In line with the recent announcements by the NEW YORK (NYC) MAHER terminal, ONE will update our tariff effective September 23rd, 2022, to be in alignment with their changes. 

With this update, weekend days will count for Demurrage Free time when NEW YORK (NYC) MAHER terminal opens their gates for receiving/delivery.

ONE’s updated tariff and NEW YORK (NYC) MAHER’s updated tariff are effective from September 23rd, 2022.

UNITED STATES EAST COAST - Free time days definition

Current

Consecutive Days: Include Saturdays, Sundays, and ILA Holidays

Working Days: Exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and ILA Holidays 

After September 23rd, 2022-

Consecutive Days: Include Saturdays, Sundays, and ILA Holidays

Working Days: Exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and ILA Holidays except for Maher Terminal

Working Days for Maher Terminal: Any and each day when the terminal has gates open for receiving including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
