Customer Advisory - EC4/EC5 Schedule Recovery
Customer Advisory - EC4/EC5 Schedule Recovery
Dear Valued Customers,
As part of the upcoming TPEB Schedule Recovery Measures, we would like to draw specific attention to temporary changes impacting EC4 & EC5 services, whereby New York WB call will be temporarily omitted from EC4 rotation. To help maintain coverage of this crucial market, a direct New York WB call will be added to the EC5 rotation. These actions are being taken to help maintain schedule integrity and continuity.
EC5 Service will temporarily omit Savannah & Halifax. The chart below provides details related to First Effective EC4/EC5 Voyages that are affected by the change. The Last Effective Voyages affected will be announced as soon as schedules are finalized, and the information is known.
Potential Impact:
During this temporary Recovery Measure, it is likely that cargo originating from/via Kaohsiung, Yantian, and Cai Mep with a Port of Discharge for New York will experience longer Transit Time than normal, as alternative transshipment routings will need to be utilized.
Cargo originating from/via Southeast Asia with a Port of Discharge for Savannah will need to be routed via Singapore transshipments to EC4 service due to EC5 omission of Savannah.
We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing ONE!
Sincerely,
Ocean Network Express (North America) Inc.
