Customer Advisory - Change of Terminal Handling Charge Rules in Dubai (DP World)

LOCAL SEA CONTAINER CHARGES IN DUBAI
ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION NO. 2 OF 2023
 

Dear Valued ONE Customers,  

To be compliant with Administrative Decision No. 2 by the Dubai Government and the Dubai Maritime Authority (DMA), effective November 1st 2023, all terminal handling charges shall be invoiced directly to all customers by the Terminal Operator, DP World and the affiliated Dubai Trade. Terminal handling charges, including Shifting charges and Truck Loading/Unloading charges at the Port of Jebel Ali, UAE, will no longer be charged by the Ocean Carrier.
