Current North America Rail Status Update No. 2
As reported by Class 1 Railroads in North America and various industry news media, a tentative agreement has been reached and is pending ratification. Rail Operations in North America have therefore returned to normal.

Current Rail Statuses:
- Norfolk Southern (NS): Announced that tentative agreement has been reached and gates have been reopened. Press Release
- Union Pacific (UP): Announced that tentative agreement has been reached and the embargo on Hazardous and Security-Sensitive commodities (PIH/TIH) has been lifted. Press Release
- BNSF: Announced that tentative agreement has been reached and the railroad will resume normal operations. Press Release
- Canadian National - (CN): Announced that tentative agreement has been reached, rail operations will return to normal, and the embargo on Hazardous and Security/Time-Sensitive shipments (PIH/TIH) has been lifted. Press Release
As ONE had previously advised, ‘Change of Destination’ (COD) Fees or Detention Charges that were incurred as a direct result of any actual Suspension of Rail Service/Gates will be Waived.
