Change in the Freight Payment Term in Argentina 

Dear Valued Customer, 

Thank you for your continuous support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to  your needs. 

Given the shortage of USD reserves that prevails in the country, the Central Bank of the Argentine  Republic adopted measures that affect our maritime transport services. Therefore, we regret to  inform you that as of May 24th (booking date), freight and surcharges will not be accepted on collect  terms (payable in Argentina) until further notice. Shipments to Argentina will only be accepted on  prepaid basis.  

We thank you in advance for your understanding and consistent collaboration in carrying out the  necessary modifications and actions that your business may require. 

We will continue monitoring the situation in Argentina and keep you informed in case of any new  changes.
