NA Export Reefer Booking Suspension and the Latest Operation Status
Dear Valued Customers,
Following our Customer Advisory #2, ONE has updated the booking acceptance guidelines and the latest operation status.
Booking Acceptance update
NA Export
Dry : Dry bookings including dangerous cargoes are accepted as normal procedure.
Reefer : Effective immediately, ONE is suspending acceptance of new refrigerated export bookings with port of loading Vancouver and with any Canada inland rail moves (including via Halifax) until the port disruption is resolved.
As an exception, Local Halifax (non rail) refrigerated bookings are accepted as usual.
NA Import
Dry & Reefer (including dangerous cargoes): accept bookings as normal procedure.
The latest operation status as of Nov 11th
The terminal operations in Vancouver and Prince Rupert have been suspended from Nov 4th.
Rail networks to/from Vancouver and Prince Rupert are suspended as well.
The latest vessel status is as follows.
