Cessation of Force Majeure Event
Dear Valued Customers,
As an update to our previous force majeure declaration dated August 22nd, 2024, Canadian railroad companies Canadian National Railway (“CN”) and Canadian Pacific Railroad (“CPKC”) have announced a resumption of rail operations.
Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (“ONE”) advises and gives this notice that as of August 27, 2024, the previously declared Force Majeure event has ended.
