Congestion Surcharge

For all cargo destined to the U.S. East Coast Ports/U.S. Gulf Coast Ports from All Origins


Dear Valued Customers,

Effective October 26th (based upon cargo receipt date at origin), the following congestion surcharge will go into effect.
 

CONGESTION SURCHARGE AT DESTINATION (CGD)

Unless otherwise specifically indicated in a particular rate item and/or individual service contract, the following Congestion Surcharge (CGD) will be assessed on: 

Surcharge Code

Loading

From all origins 

Discharging

Discharging in the U.S. Atlantic (East) Coast Ports and U.S. Gulf Coast Ports as defined in ONEY-101 Rule 1.001

Quantum

USD 1000 per TEU - All dry and refrigerated cargo (including exempt cargo)

Change Effective Date

October 26th, 2024

Remark:

-Subject to relevant government approval.

-Charge is collect at the destination.
