North America Operation Status

The North America Operation Status page was designed to help increase overall operational awareness, highlighting relevant metrics to assist in shipment planning. This centralized data will help us all have the same understanding of the status of operations for some of the major locations across North America.  - (updated each Monday by 12pm ET -  intermittent delays may occur during North America holidays)

*This is available for registered eCommerce WEB accounts, note this is not available for registered SPP accounts. Truckers will also not be permitted to register as an eCommerce WEB user.

 


Please reference the column labels and descriptions below:

  • Area: Advises the location in North America the data is being provided for.
  • Waiting Days (Arrival at waiting spot to berth): Advises how many days vessels are waiting before being able to berth (arrive) at the terminal.
  • Count of Vessel waiting: Advises the number of vessels waiting to reach berth at the terminal.
  • Berth: Shows a color-themed rating (green, yellow, red) to advise the congestion levels related to vessels reaching the terminal.
  • Labor: Shows a color-themed rating (green, yellow, red) to advise the level of stevedore related labor availability
  • Yard Space: Shows a color-themed rating (green, yellow, red) to advise how much yard space is available for container storage/movement at the terminal.
  • Rail Import Dwell: Shows a color-themed rating (green, yellow, red) to advise congestion levels related to containers imported by rail staying at the terminal after arrival.
  • Local Import Dwell: Shows a color-themed rating (green, yellow, red) to advise congestion levels related to vessel imported containers staying at the terminal after arrival.
  • Truck Supply: Shows a color-themed rating (green, yellow, red) to advise the level of truck-related labor availability
  • Chassis: Shows a color-themed rating (green, yellow, red) to advise the stock of chassis available for use at the terminal.
