Reporting Guide

Overview

The reporting software available on the eCommerce website provides customers with customized reports without entering in specific shipment information. Certain criteria can be set and filtered to provide customized lifting, volume, and tracking reports. These reports can be run ad hoc or set up to send out on a regular basis to anyone with an email address. The files are sent/downloaded as excel files for ease of use.

Report

This application allows customers to run their customs reports along with the basic report included on every customer's account. Customers can freely edit the sending period, search filters, and shipment status criteria to fit their needs. The results can be downloaded into an excel file for viewing/distribution.

My Report

This application allows customers to create, modify, and delete customized reports. All of the search criteria, customer information, and shipment status criteria in this section remains the same and can be modified at any time. Here customers will set their searching period, set the sending cycle, and can even modify the time the report is sent.

e-Subscription

This section of the website allows customers to update the notifications, reports, and schedules they have set up to send out in regular intervals. Regarding reporting, customers can modify the searching period, sending cycle, and recipient lists for their customized reports.
